How to request a refund
Refunds are processed by our payment provider, Paddle, which is the Merchant of Record for all ScamShield AI purchases. To request a refund:
- Visit paddle.net and look up your order using the email address you purchased with, or
- Contact our support team at support@scamshieldai.cloud and we will assist you.
Processing time
Approved refunds are typically returned to your original payment method within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank or card issuer.
Subscription cancellations
You can cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings or via Paddle. Cancellation stops future renewals; access continues until the end of your current billing period.
